Otherwise, please move your group from South Brisbane station via the dedicated pedestrian crossing as soon as possible.By BusThe Cultural Centre busway station is located opposite QPAC on the Melbourne Street side of the building. Many services stop at this station prior to continuing into or out of the city. Use the Melbourne Street Overpass to reach all venues in the festival site.By FerryA City Cat ferry terminal is located at South Bank, a short walk from the Cultural Centre.
OTHER TRANSPORT OPTIONSBy Charter BusThere are a number of chartered bus companies that can arrange transportation for your school. A bus set down area is available in Russell Street, opposite the Playhouse entrance, and in Stanley Place outside the State Library of Queensland. Out of the Box personnel will direct bus drivers to long term parking away from this area. If arriving by bus, please consider where at the Cultural Centre your first activity is located to determine which is the closest bus set down area. Out of the Box staff or your buddy can provide assistance in making this decision. You may wish to arrive and depart from different bus set down areas. Please discuss this with your bus driver. If you have booked a buddy, they will be there to meet you at your nominated bus set down area.By TaxiAn undercover taxi set-down and pick-up area is provided at the Stage Door of QPAC (located in the vehicle tunnel through QPAC, directly opposite the South Brisbane Railway Station). Free taxi phones are located in the taxi set-down area, in the Cremorne Theatre Lobby and the coffee shop level of the Playhouse. By CarCar parking is available at the following carparks: QPAC carpark : Pay on entry $12 per visit Gallery carpark : Pay on entry $12 per visit Convention Centre carpark South Bank Designated Pedestrian CrosssingDuring the festival, a designated pedestrian crossing will be in place for access between QPAC and South Brisbane Station.
