The Odditoreum
During Out of the Box Festival for Children, State Library of Queensland will host a range of weird, wonderful and wacky events inspired by The Odditoreum - an exhibition of curiosities pulled from deep within a museums vaults. These oddities have been transformed by award winning children's author and illustrator, Shaun Tan, blurring fact with fantasy to create an intriguing story for each.
26 May - 26 August, 10am - 5pm daily. The Parlour, Level 1. FREE - no bookings required.

The Odditoreum is a travelling exhibition developed by the Powerhouse Museum. This exhibition is supported by Visions of Australia, an Australian Government program supporting touring exhibitions by providing funding assistance for the development and touring of Australian cultural material across Australia.
