A Checklist - 9 Steps
1. Your festival program and the
Classroom Resources 2012 [PDF 24MB] provides synopses, age suitability, dates, times of events and some suggested curriculum connections.
2. Select the
performances,
workshops and/or
free events that suit the learning needs and interests of your class.
3. Check performances scheduled for Auslan interpretation or pre-performance activity for children with vision impairment.
4. Determine your
transport requirements.
5. Complete the Variation to School Routine and Risk Assessment forms. Use the information provided on the
Teachers page of the website.
6. Inform parents of the value of the excursion and seek support staff, parents and guardians to accompany the group.
7. Complete and return your
School Booking Form.
8. Ensure you receive your booking confirmation within five working days of submitting your booking.
9. Download and print the
festival schedule [PDF 909KB].
